This form is to be completed by Sarasota County School Board (SCSB) staff members only.
SCSB Staff members may request a laptop computer for any student who qualifies for free or reduced lunch with the National School Lunch Program. When the request is approved, the laptop will be shipped via Pony to the SCS staff member for delivery to the student.
